如果 App 發生未捕捉的錯誤，LoafyDays 會在您的裝置本機暫存一份有限長度的技術報告。報告可能包含記錄時間、App 版本、套件名稱、Android 版本、裝置廠牌與型號、執行緒名稱及錯誤堆疊；不包含使用者輸入內容、照片、聯絡人或位置。
LoafyDays 不會自動上傳錯誤報告。下次啟動時，只有在您明確同意後，App 才會開啟寄給 support@bclabstw.com 的郵件草稿。您可以在寄出前檢視、修改或取消；LoafyDays 不會代替您自動寄送。若選擇稍後回報，報告會繼續留在本機，直到您清除 App 資料或偏好設定。
5. Android 權限與功能
目前版本不要求網路、定位、相機、麥克風、儲存空間、通知或帳號權限。App 使用 Android 音訊播放與本機儲存功能，提供場景播放、背景音訊、主題切換與睡眠計時器。
6. Google Play 與系統服務
LoafyDays 透過 Google Play 發布。Google Play 或 Android 系統可能依其自身政策處理安裝、更新、安全性、相容性與商店診斷資料；這些處理由 Google 或 Android 系統負責，不是 LoafyDays 自行收集的使用者追蹤資料。
7. 資料保存與刪除

2. Data stored on your device
LoafyDays stores only the data needed to operate on your device, including the current theme, sleep timer, preferences, usage progress, and unlocked themes. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to BC Labs or third-party servers.
3. Data collection and sharing
The current version does not collect or share names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, payment information, device identifiers, or usage activity. LoafyDays has no account system, advertising, analytics SDKs, cloud sync, or remote content service. Scene images and soundscapes are bundled with the app and do not require a network connection.
4. Crash reports
If the app encounters an uncaught error, LoafyDays temporarily stores a limited technical report on your device. The report may include the time, app version, package name, Android version, device manufacturer and model, thread name, and error stack. It does not include user input, photos, contacts, or location.
LoafyDays does not upload crash reports automatically. After the next launch, the app opens a draft email to support@bclabstw.com only if you explicitly agree. You can review, edit, or cancel the draft before sending it; LoafyDays never sends it automatically. If you choose to wait, the report remains on your device until you clear app data or preferences.
5. Android permissions and features
The current version does not request network, location, camera, microphone, storage, notification, or account permissions. It uses Android audio playback and local storage to provide scene playback, background audio, theme switching, and a sleep timer.
6. Google Play and system services
LoafyDays is distributed through Google Play. Google Play or Android may process installation, update, security, compatibility, and store diagnostic data under their own policies. This processing is handled by Google or Android and is not user tracking performed by LoafyDays.
7. Data retention and deletion
LoafyDays keeps app preferences and crash reports on your device until you clear app data, clear the relevant preferences, or uninstall the app. BC Labs does not hold server-side LoafyDays user data, so there is no separate server data deletion request.
8. Children's privacy
LoafyDays is not directed specifically to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other users.
9. Security
LoafyDays keeps app settings and crash reports on the device. Users should protect their devices with screen locking, operating system updates, and other Android security features.
